3. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, serious injury, or death.
- Ventilation: Always ensure adequate ventilation when operating the heater to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Do not operate in enclosed, unventilated spaces.
- Fuel: Use only diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or other volatile fuels. Ensure fuel connections are secure and leak-free.
- Exhaust: Position the exhaust pipe away from flammable materials and ensure it exits to the outside atmosphere. Never direct exhaust into an enclosed space.
- Power Supply: Connect the heater to a compatible power source (12V, 24V, or 110V) as indicated on the product label. Ensure proper grounding.
- Flammable Materials: Keep the heater clear of all flammable materials, including fabrics, paper, and chemicals. Maintain a safe distance from walls and furniture.
- Overheating Protection: The heater is equipped with an overheating protection system. If the unit overheats, it will automatically shut down. Investigate and resolve the cause of overheating before restarting.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the operating heater. The surface can become hot.
- Installation: Ensure the heater is installed on a stable, level surface. Secure it properly if used in a moving vehicle.

4. Setup and Installation
Proper setup is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your diesel heater.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Choose a stable, non-flammable location for the heater. Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the unit for air intake and heat dissipation.
- Exhaust System:
- Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust port using the provided clamps.
- Route the exhaust pipe to the outside atmosphere, ensuring it is clear of windows, doors, and any flammable materials.
- Install the exhaust silencer if desired, typically at the end of the exhaust pipe, to reduce noise.
- Air Intake:
- Attach the air filter to the air intake port of the heater.
- Ensure the air intake is unobstructed and draws clean air.
- Fuel Connection:
- Fill the integrated fuel tank with clean diesel fuel. Do not overfill.
- Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
- Regularly check the fuel level using the integrated display.

- Power Connection:
- Connect the heater to a suitable power source (12V, 24V DC, or 110V AC via adapter if included).
- Ensure the power connection is secure and protected from moisture.
5. Operating Instructions
Your XPORTION diesel heater can be controlled via the integrated LCD panel or the remote control.

5.1. Starting the Heater
- Ensure the fuel tank is adequately filled and all connections are secure.
- Press the power button on the LCD panel or remote control. The heater will initiate a startup sequence, which includes pre-heating the glow plug.
- Once started, the heater will begin to produce warm air.
5.2. Adjusting Temperature and Power
Use the up/down arrows on the LCD panel or remote control to adjust the desired temperature or heating power (gear setting).

- Gear 1-2: Approximately 0.053 GAL/H
- Gear 3-4: Approximately 0.055 GAL/H

5.3. Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance. The effective range is up to 131 feet (40 meters) in clear conditions. Obstacles such as walls may reduce this range.
5.4. Shutting Down the Heater
Press the power button on the LCD panel or remote control to turn off the heater. The unit will enter a cool-down cycle to prevent damage from residual heat. Do not disconnect power until the cool-down cycle is complete.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your diesel heater.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the heater with a damp cloth. Ensure air intake and exhaust ports are free from dust and debris.
- Air Filter: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. Replace if heavily soiled or damaged.
- Fuel System: Check fuel lines and connections for any signs of leaks or damage before each use. Ensure the fuel tank is free of contaminants.
- Glow Plug: The glow plug is a consumable part. If the heater displays an "E3" error code or has difficulty starting, the glow plug may need inspection or replacement. Refer to the troubleshooting section for more details.
- Exhaust System: Inspect the exhaust pipe and silencer for blockages or damage.
