3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and all components are accounted for.
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Inspect all parts for any damage. Do not use the appliance if any part is damaged.
- Clean all parts that will come into contact with food before initial use (refer to Section 5: Maintenance).
3.2 Assembly Steps
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Attach the desired processing head (grinder or slicer) to the motor unit, ensuring it is securely locked in place.
- For grinding, insert the auger, blade, and desired grinding plate into the grinder head, then secure with the locking ring. Place the feed tray on top.
- For slicing, attach the slicing mechanism and ensure the feed chute is correctly positioned.
- For sausage stuffing, attach the sausage stuffing tube to the grinder head after removing the blade and grinding plate.

4. Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a grounded power outlet before operation.
4.1 Meat Grinding
- Prepare meat by cutting it into pieces that fit easily into the feed throat. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
- Ensure the grinder head is assembled with the desired grinding plate (e.g., 6mm for fine, 8mm for medium).
- Place a suitable container under the output of the grinder to collect the ground meat.
- Turn on the appliance using the power switch.
- Feed the meat into the throat using the food pusher. Never use your hands.
- After grinding, turn off the appliance and unplug it.

4.2 Meat Slicing
- Ensure the slicing attachment is correctly installed.
- Prepare meat or other food items (e.g., cheese, vegetables) by cutting them into appropriate sizes for the slicer's feed chute.
- Place a tray or container to catch the sliced items.
- Turn on the appliance.
- Carefully feed the food into the slicer using the food pusher. The slicer is designed for a consistent 3mm thickness.
- After slicing, turn off the appliance and unplug it.

4.3 Sausage Stuffing
- Assemble the grinder head with the sausage stuffing tube attached. Ensure the blade and grinding plate are removed.
- Prepare your sausage mixture and casings.
- Carefully slide the casing onto the stuffing tube.
- Turn on the appliance.
- Feed the sausage mixture into the throat using the food pusher, guiding the casing as it fills.
- After stuffing, turn off the appliance and unplug it.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
5.1 Disassembly for Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance before disassembling.
- Remove the feed tray and then the locking ring from the grinder head.
- Carefully remove the grinding plate, blade, and auger.
- If using the slicer or sausage stuffer, disassemble those attachments according to their specific design.
5.2 Cleaning Instructions
- Wash all removable parts (feed tray, grinder head, auger, blade, plates, stuffing tubes, slicer components) with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry all parts immediately and completely to prevent rust, especially for metal components.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or spray it with water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
5.3 Storage
Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean, dry place, out of reach of children.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your appliance, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Appliance does not start:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
- Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. - Meat is not grinding or slicing properly:
- Ensure meat is cut into appropriate sizes and free of bones or tough gristle.
- Check if the grinding plate or blade is correctly installed and not dull.
- Ensure the locking ring is tightened sufficiently.
- The appliance may be overloaded; reduce the amount of food being processed. - Loud noise or vibration:
- Check if all parts are correctly assembled and securely tightened.
- Ensure the appliance is on a stable, flat surface. - Motor stops during operation:
- The appliance may have an overheating protection feature. Turn off the unit, unplug it, and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
- Reduce the load if overloading is suspected.
