2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Placement: Position the machine on a sturdy, level, and clean surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for operation and ventilation.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to a grounded 110V 50/60Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging in.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down all surfaces, especially those that will come into contact with dough, using a damp cloth and mild, food-safe detergent. Dry thoroughly.

6. Operating Instructions

- Adjust Thickness: Use the regulating handle (Figure 3.3) to set the desired dough thickness. Turn the handle clockwise for thinner dough and counter-clockwise for thicker dough. The range is 0.7mm to 5.4mm.
- Feed Dough: Carefully place a portion of dough into the top feed port. The transparent cover allows you to observe the process.
- First Pass: The dough will pass through the upper rollers, flattening it.
- Second Pass (if needed): For thinner dough, rotate the dough 90 degrees and feed it through the lower rollers. Adjust the thickness setting further if necessary. Repeat until the desired thickness and diameter are achieved.
- Collect Dough: Collect the flattened dough from the bottom of the machine.
- Power Off: After use, turn off the main power switch and unplug the machine.
