6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- Once connected to power, slide the speed control switch on the USB cable to turn the device on.
- Adjust the speed by sliding the switch up or down to increase or decrease the rotation speed. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
- To turn off the device, slide the speed control switch to the lowest setting or unplug the USB cable.
6.2 Changing Rotation Direction
The device supports both forward (F) and reverse (R) rotation. Use the direction control switch on the USB cable to select the desired direction. This feature is useful for both left-handed and right-handed users, and for working on different areas of the nail.
6.3 Usage Tips
- For Acrylic and Gel Nails: Use appropriate drill bits and sanding bands for filing, shaping, and removing product.
- Cuticle Care: Use a fine-grit bit or a specialized cuticle bit at a low speed to gently push back or remove excess cuticle.
- Avoid Pressure: Apply light, consistent pressure. Excessive pressure can cause heat buildup, damage the nail, or wear down the bit quickly.
- Movement: Keep the drill bit moving across the nail surface to prevent friction burns or grooves.
