1. Introduction

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the air purifier and all packaging materials from the box. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.

4.2 Filter Installation

  1. Open the filter compartment cover.
  2. Remove all filters from their protective packaging.
  3. Insert the filters into the air purifier in the correct order: first the HEPA filter, then the Active Carbon filter. The pre-filter clips into place. Ensure the Philips branding on the filters is oriented correctly.
  4. Close the filter compartment cover securely.

4.3 Placement

Place the air purifier on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is sufficient space (at least 20 cm) around the appliance for optimal airflow. Avoid placing it directly next to walls or furniture that might obstruct air circulation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Plug the appliance into a power outlet. Press the power button on the top panel to turn the air purifier on or off.

5.2 Control Panel Overview

The top panel features touch-sensitive buttons and a circular LED screen. The buttons include Power, Night Mode, Fan Speed, and Child Lock. The LED screen displays real-time air quality and operational status.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

6.1 Filter Cleaning (Pre-filter)

The pre-filter should be cleaned regularly to remove larger dust particles. Refer to the filter replacement indicator on the device or app. The pre-filter can be cleaned by vacuuming or washing with water.

6.2 Filter Replacement (HEPA and Active Carbon)

The HEPA and Active Carbon filters have a limited lifespan and need to be replaced when indicated by the appliance. The filter life can be up to 9000 hours. Follow the filter installation steps in Section 4.2 for replacement.

6.3 Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
