The Wiytamo A010U is a versatile 5-in-1 portable air conditioning unit designed for home use. It offers cooling, heating, dehumidification, fan, and sleep modes to provide comfort throughout the year. With a cooling capacity of 14,000 BTU and heating capacity of 11,000 BTU, it is suitable for rooms up to 700 square feet for cooling and 500 square feet for heating. The unit features WiFi connectivity for smartphone control, an LED display, and comes with a remote control and a window installation kit.

3. Setup and Installation

The Wiytamo A010U portable air conditioner is designed for easy installation with the included window kit. No additional tools are required for assembly.

3.1 Window Kit Installation

1. Unpack the window sliding kit and the flexible exhaust hose.
2. Assemble the window kit components to fit your window opening. The kit is compatible with vertical or horizontal sliding windows between 25.6 inches and 50.2 inches in width/height.
3. Attach the flexible exhaust hose to the unit and to the window kit adapter. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage.
4. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface near the window.
5. Extend the exhaust hose through the window kit opening to vent hot air outside.

3.2 Initial Placement

Position the unit in the desired room, ensuring there is adequate space around it for proper airflow. The unit features a hidden handle and universal wheels for easy mobility.

4. Operating Instructions

The Wiytamo A010U can be controlled via its integrated control panel, the included remote control, or through a smartphone app using its WiFi function.

4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The unit features a multi-function control panel with an LED digital display for clear visibility of settings. The full-function remote control allows you to easily adjust settings from a distance.

• Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
• Mode Button: Cycles through Cooling, Dehumidification, Heater, and Fan modes.
• Temperature Adjustment: Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired temperature between 61°F and 90°F.
• Fan Speed: Adjusts the fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
• Timer: Sets a timer for automatic on/off operation.
• Sleep Mode: Activates a quiet operation mode for comfortable sleep.
• Child Lock: Activates to prevent accidental changes to settings. Press and hold the Child Lock button (or combination of buttons as indicated on the unit/remote) to engage/disengage.

4.2 WiFi Connectivity and App Control

The unit is WiFi enabled, allowing control via a dedicated smartphone application. Refer to the specific WiFi connection section in the comprehensive manual for detailed instructions on pairing your device with the app.

1. Download the Wiytamo app from your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).
2. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your Wiytamo A010U unit.
3. Ensure your unit is powered on and within range of your home WiFi network during the pairing process.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Wiytamo A010U portable air conditioner.

5.1 Filter Cleaning

The unit is equipped with an Antimicrobial Air Filter. Regularly clean the filter to maintain air quality and unit efficiency.

1. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
2. Locate and remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit (refer to the diagram in the full manual).
3. Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. For heavier dirt, wash the filter gently with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
5. Reinsert the dry filter and plug the unit back in.

5.2 Drainage Options

The unit features both an upper drain hole for continuous drainage and a lower drain plug for manual drainage. During dehumidification or cooling modes, water will accumulate and needs to be drained.

• Continuous Drainage: Connect a drain hose (not included) to the upper drain hole and direct it to a floor drain or suitable container. This is recommended for prolonged use in high humidity or cooling modes.
• Manual Drainage: When the internal water tank is full, the unit may stop operating and display an error code. Unplug the unit, place a shallow pan under the lower drain plug, and remove the plug to drain the water. Reinsert the plug securely after draining.

Note: Heater mode typically does not require drainage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Wiytamo A010U portable air conditioner, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps. For problems not listed here, contact customer support.

• Unit does not turn on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the circuit breaker has not tripped.
• No cooling/heating: Verify the correct mode is selected. Check if the exhaust hose is properly installed and venting outside. Ensure the air filter is clean. The room temperature might be outside the operating range (61°F-90°F).
• Water leakage: Check if the drain plug is securely closed for manual drainage. If using continuous drainage, ensure the hose is properly connected and not kinked, and that the drain is lower than the unit's drain port.
• Unit is noisy: Ensure the unit is on a flat, stable surface. Check for any obstructions in the air inlets or outlets.
• WiFi connection issues: Ensure your router is working and the unit is within WiFi range. Follow the app's pairing instructions carefully.
