1. Step 1: Prepare the Surface. Locate a dust-free area, such as a bathroom after a hot shower, to minimize airborne particles. Thoroughly clean the screen of your Philips SA5285 device using a microfiber cloth to remove any dust, smudges, or fingerprints. Ensure the screen is completely dry before proceeding.
2. Step 2: Partially Remove the Liner. Carefully peel back about half of the protective liner (the side labeled "1") from one end of the screen protector. Avoid touching the adhesive side.
3. Step 3: Align and Apply. Align the exposed adhesive edge of the screen protector with one edge of your device's screen. Once aligned, slowly and steadily lower the screen protector onto the screen. Use a credit card or a similar flat, soft-edged tool to gently smooth the protector onto the screen, pushing out any air bubbles as you go. Simultaneously, continue to peel off the remaining protective liner (the side labeled "2") as you smooth the protector down.
4. Step 4: Remove Remaining Bubbles. After the protector is fully applied, use the credit card again to push any remaining small air bubbles towards the edges of the screen. Minor bubbles will often disappear within 24-48 hours.

  • Large Bubbles/Dust: If a large bubble persists or you see a dust particle, carefully lift the nearest corner of the protector just enough to reach the bubble/dust. Use a piece of tape to lift the dust particle from the screen or the adhesive side of the protector. Reapply slowly, smoothing with a card.
• Misalignment: If the protector is significantly misaligned, carefully lift it from one corner and reapply, ensuring proper alignment with the device's screen and cutouts.
