Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the basket and pan with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The basket and pan are dishwasher safe. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space at the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance to allow for proper ventilation. Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  5. Pre-heating (Optional): For optimal results, pre-heat the air fryer for a few minutes before adding food.

Cooking Process

  1. Prepare Food: Place the ingredients in the air fryer basket. Do not exceed the MAX indication. The 6.2-liter capacity can hold up to 1000 grams of vegetables, 8 chicken drumsticks, 5 pieces of salmon, or 7 muffins.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the basket and pan back into the air fryer.
  3. Select Function: Choose one of the 16 preset cooking functions or manually set the temperature (from 40°C up to 200°C) and time (up to 24 hours for dehydration/fermentation).
  4. Start Cooking: Press the start button. The RapidAir Plus technology will circulate hot air for even cooking.
  5. Monitor Cooking: Utilize the integrated cooking window to observe your food without opening the basket, ensuring perfect results.
  6. Shake/Flip (if needed): For some recipes, shaking or flipping ingredients halfway through cooking ensures even browning. The appliance may beep to remind you.
  7. Remove Food: Once cooking is complete, carefully pull out the pan and basket. Use tongs to remove the food.
