4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the rowing machine from its packaging. It is recommended to have two people for this process due to the size and weight of the components.

4.2 Frame Assembly

  1. Place the main frame on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Attach the seat to the rail, ensuring it slides smoothly. Secure with provided bolts if necessary.
  3. Connect any remaining frame sections as per the detailed diagrams in the included paper manual. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
  4. Attach the foot pedals if they are not pre-assembled. Ensure they are firmly in place and adjustable.
  5. Install the LCD monitor onto its designated bracket.

4.3 Filling the Water Tank

The water tank provides the resistance for your rowing workout. It is designed for a 14L capacity.

  1. Remove the rubber stopper from the top of the water tank.
  2. Use the provided pump to fill the tank with clean tap water.
  3. Fill the tank to the desired resistance level, indicated by the 'MIN' and 'MAX' markers. The tank has 6 level markers for precise filling. Do not overfill.
  4. Add one water treatment tablet to the tank to prevent algae growth.
  5. Replace the rubber stopper firmly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Getting Started

  1. Sit on the seat and place your feet securely in the foot pedals, adjusting the straps as needed.
  2. Grasp the handlebar with both hands, ensuring a firm but comfortable grip.
  3. Begin rowing by pushing off with your legs, leaning back slightly, and pulling the handlebar towards your abdomen. Return smoothly to the starting position.
