Setup

1. Charging the Devices

  1. Connect the 2-in-1 charging cable to the charging ports on both the remote control and the receiver collar(s).
  2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a power adapter, computer, laptop, or power bank.
  3. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge. The battery indicator on the devices will show charging status.
  4. A full charge provides up to 35 days standby time for the collar and 45 days for the remote.

2. Turning On and Pairing

  1. Turn on the Receiver Collar: Press and hold the power button on the back of the receiver collar until the indicator light illuminates.
  2. Unlock the Remote Control: If the remote is locked, slide the security lock switch to the unlock position.
  3. The collar and remote are factory-paired. After turning on the receiver collar, it will automatically connect with the remote. The remote's screen will display the channel (1 or 2) corresponding to the collar.

  1. Select the appropriate length of contact points (short or long) based on your dog's coat thickness. For dogs with thick fur, longer contact points may be necessary to ensure proper contact with the skin.
  2. Attach the silicone caps over the contact points to enhance comfort and prevent skin irritation.
  3. Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck. Ensure the contact points touch the skin.
  4. Adjust the strap so it is snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck.
  5. If the strap is too long, you can trim the excess and use a lighter to seal the frayed edge to prevent unraveling.
  6. For maximum comfort when the shock function is not needed, the metal probes can be removed.

Operating Instructions

1. Selecting a Training Mode and Adjusting Level

  1. Click the rotatable button on the side of the remote to cycle through the training modes: Beep, Vibration, and Shock. The selected mode will be displayed on the screen.

    • Safe Shock: Levels 1-18
  3. The Beep mode has a fixed intensity.
