5. Installation Guide

Follow these steps for secure installation:

1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location. Use a stud finder to locate wall studs for the most secure mounting. The shelves are designed with pre-drilled holes spaced 16 inches (40 cm) apart to align with standard stud spacing.
2. Mark Holes: Hold the shelf against the wall at the desired height. Use the included bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the positions of the pre-drilled holes on the wall with a pencil.
3. Drill Pilot Holes:
   • For Wood Studs: Drill small pilot holes (smaller than the screw diameter) at the marked locations.
   • For Drywall (without studs): Drill holes appropriate for the drywall anchors. Insert the drywall anchors into these holes using a hammer until flush with the wall.
4. Mount Shelf: Align the shelf's pre-drilled holes with the pilot holes or anchors on the wall. Insert the mounting screws through the shelf and into the wall/anchors. Tighten the screws firmly with a screwdriver until the shelf is secure against the wall. Do not overtighten.
5. Cover Screws: Apply the provided screw cover stickers over the screw heads to conceal them for a clean, finished look.
6. Verify Stability: Gently pull down on the shelf to ensure it is firmly attached to the wall before placing any items on it.
