Important Safety Precautions

  • To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or electric kettle in water or other liquid.

  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.

  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot water.
  • The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications.
  • Do not fill above the MAX line.
  • Do not operate the kettle if the water level is below the MIN line.

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its base.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Kettle

Remove the kettle from the power base. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark (0.8L capacity). Replace the lid securely.

Powering On and Temperature Selection

  1. Place the kettle onto the power base.
  2. Press the Function Selection Button to cycle through modes: Boiling Water, Coffee, or Keep Warm.
  3. For Boiling Water: Select the boiling water icon. The kettle will heat water to 212°F (100°C).
  4. For Coffee/Tea (Precise Temperature Control): Select the coffee icon. Rotate the Control Knob to set your desired temperature (e.g., for pour-over coffee). The display will show the target temperature.
  5. Press the Control Knob to start the heating process. The display will show the current water temperature as it heats.

Rapid Heating

Keep Warm Function

After reaching the target temperature, the kettle can maintain the desired temperature for up to 12 hours. This function is automatically activated when a specific temperature is set (e.g., Coffee mode).

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and longevity of your kettle.

  • Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Interior: For general cleaning, rinse the interior with water. For stubborn stains or mineral deposits (limescale), use a descaling solution specifically designed for kettles, or a mixture of white vinegar and water.
  • Descaling:
    1. Fill the kettle with 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
    2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for 30 minutes.
    3. Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
    4. If necessary, repeat the process until all deposits are removed.
  • Do NOT immerse the kettle or power base in water or any other liquid.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the kettle on its base in a dry place.

Troubleshooting
