- Green Light On: Fully Charged (100%)
- Red/Green Light Alternately Flash: 0V Charging Wake Up Mode
The charger is equipped with BMS protection functions, including over current, under voltage, over voltage, short circuit, over temperature, and reverse protection. It will automatically cut off power when the battery is fully charged.

6. Maintenance and Storage
6.1. Temperature Considerations
The battery features a low-temperature cut-off function to protect its lifespan:
- Charging: Cut-off below 32°F (0°C). Recovery charging begins at 32°F (0°C).
- Discharging: Cut-off below -4°F (-20°C).
In winter, if temperatures are too low, ensure the battery is kept above 32°F (0°C) for optimal charging performance and to prevent capacity attenuation.

6.2. General Care
- Keep the battery clean and dry.
- Regularly check terminal connections for tightness.
- Avoid prolonged storage in a fully discharged state.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Battery not charging | Charger not connected, power outlet issue, low temperature cut-off, battery switch off. | Ensure charger is properly connected and powered. Check ambient temperature. Verify battery switch is on. |
| Battery not discharging/powering device | Battery switch off, low temperature cut-off, over-discharge protection activated. | Ensure battery switch is on. Check ambient temperature. Recharge the battery if it's deeply discharged. |
| LCD Monitor not displaying | Communication cable loose or damaged, monitor damaged during transit. | Check cable connection. If damaged, contact customer support for replacement. |
| Reduced range/performance | Low state of charge, extreme temperatures, aging battery. | Ensure full charge before use. Operate within recommended temperature range. |
| Sudden power outage during acceleration/climbing | Over-current protection activated. | The current will automatically restore within 32 seconds. This is a safety feature of the BMS. |
