Introduction

Setup Instructions
- Prepare the Device: Remove the base of the device by gently twisting or pulling it off.
- Insert Refill: Unscrew the caps from the Febreze Plug Scented Oil Refill. Insert the refill into the device until you hear a click, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Re-attach Base: Line up the edges of the base with the device and push them together firmly until it clicks into place.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the device and then into a standard electrical outlet. The light on the top of the device will blink twice to indicate it is ready for use.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Scent Intensity
The device features an adjustable slider on the back to control the scent intensity. You can choose from:
- Off: No scent is released.
- Low: For subtle fragrance.
- Medium: For moderate fragrance.
- High: For maximum fragrance intensity.

Using the Boost Button
For an immediate burst of freshness, press the "BOOST" button located on the top of the device. This will increase the scent intensity for approximately 40 minutes. The boost ring light at the bottom of the device will illuminate blue when the boost function is active.

Maintenance
Changing Refills
The Febreze Plug Scent Booster is designed for long-lasting scent, with refills providing freshness for up to 50 days on a low setting. When the refill is empty, the refill reminder light on the top of the device will start blinking, indicating it's time to change your Febreze Plug refill.
- Unplug the device from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the base and the empty refill from the device.
- Insert a new Febreze Plug Scented Oil Refill as described in the Setup Instructions.
- Re-attach the base and plug the device back into the outlet.

Troubleshooting
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the device and a working electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.
- No Scent Release: Verify that a refill is properly inserted and that the scent intensity slider is not set to "Off". If the refill reminder light is blinking, replace the refill.
- Weak Scent: Adjust the scent intensity slider to a higher setting (Medium or High). Ensure the device is placed in an appropriate location for optimal scent diffusion, away from drafts or large open areas that might dilute the scent.
- Boost Button Not Working: Ensure the device is powered on. If the boost ring light does not illuminate blue when pressed, the device may require troubleshooting or replacement.
