1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the RONEGN Portable Charger. This device is designed to provide convenient and fast charging for your electronic devices on the go. Featuring a 10000mAh battery capacity, built-in cables, and multiple output/input options, it is an essential companion for travel and daily use. Please read this manual carefully before using the product to ensure safe and optimal performance.

2. Safety Information

To prevent injury or damage to your device, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Do not expose the power bank to extreme temperatures (above 60°C/140°F or below 0°C/32°F), direct sunlight, or fire.
  • Do not immerse the power bank in water or other liquids.
  • Do not disassemble, open, or attempt to repair the power bank yourself. This will void the warranty and may cause harm.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Use only original or certified cables for charging the power bank and your devices.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
  • If the power bank swells, emits an odor, or becomes excessively hot, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
  • Dispose of the power bank according to local regulations. Do not dispose of it with household waste.

5. Setup

Initial Charge:

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your RONEGN Portable Charger. The LED display will show the charging progress.

  1. Connect the power bank to a power source using one of its built-in input cables (USB-C or USB-A) or via the dedicated USB-C input port.
  2. The LED display will illuminate and show the battery percentage increasing.
  3. Once the display shows "100%", the power bank is fully charged and ready for use.

6. Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices:

The RONEGN Portable Charger offers multiple ways to charge your electronic devices.

  1. Using Built-in Cables:
    • Identify the correct built-in cable for your device (iOS/Lightning, Type-C, or Micro USB).
    • Pull out the desired cable from its storage slot on the power bank.
    • Connect the cable to your device's charging port.
    • Charging will begin automatically. The power bank's LED display will show the remaining battery.
  2. Using External USB Cables (via USB-A or USB-C Output Ports):
    • Connect your device's charging cable (USB-A or USB-C end) to the corresponding output port on the power bank.
    • Connect the other end of your cable to your device.
    • Charging will commence.

You can charge up to 5 devices simultaneously using a combination of the built-in cables and external USB ports.

Checking Battery Level:

The digital LED display on the power bank shows the precise remaining battery percentage. Simply turn on the power bank (if it's off) or connect a device to see the current charge level.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge it to about 50-70% every 3 months to prolong battery life.
  • Cable Care: Ensure the built-in cables are properly retracted into their slots when not in use to prevent damage. Avoid excessive bending or pulling.

8. Troubleshooting
