1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the IWENUAN Space Heater. This manual provides important information regarding the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new electric heater. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic precautions.

• This appliance is equipped with multiple safety features including Tip-over Protection, Overheat Protection, and is constructed with V0-rated flame retardant material.
• Features an Anti-scald Material Outlet and an Enhanced safety plug.
• The product is ETL certified, ensuring strong safety for your family.
• Always place the heater on a flat, stable surface, such as a flat floor or tabletop, to ensure proper operation of the tip-over safety switch.
• Do not cover the heater. Prohibit coverage to prevent overheating.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
• Do not use outdoors. For indoor use only.
• Do not use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations where water may be present.
• Unplug the heater when not in use.

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from walls, furniture, and other combustible materials. Do not place it on soft surfaces like beds or carpets where openings may be blocked.
3. Power Connection: Ensure the heater is switched off before plugging it into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

Basic Operation:

1. Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote to turn the heater on or off.
2. Select Mode: Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 heating modes:
   • High Heat (1500W): Provides maximum warmth.
   • Low Heat (850W): For moderate heating.
   • Fan Only (Natural Wind): Circulates air without heat.

   Each mode corresponds to a different LED light color for easy identification.

3. Oscillation: Press the WDIR button to activate or deactivate the 70° wide-angle oscillation feature.

Automatic Shutdown Feature:

To expedite the cooling process of the protective net, the electric heater will blow natural air for approximately 20 seconds before completely shutting down after the power button is pressed. This is a normal function and not a malfunction.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater.

• Cleaning: Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Dust Removal: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the air intake and exhaust grilles.
• Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
• No User Serviceable Parts: Do not attempt to open or repair the heater yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
