Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when using the jump starter. The AIPOWAY B03 is designed with 10 intelligent safety protection devices to ensure safe operation. These include protection against spark, over-charge, over-current, short-circuit, over-heat, extreme temperature, over-voltage, reverse connection, reverse polarity, and overload.

  • Ensure proper connection of the jumper cables to the battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
  • Do not attempt to jump-start a frozen battery.
  • Keep the device away from flammable materials.
  • Do not immerse the device in water.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • If the intelligent indicator light signals a wrong operation, disconnect immediately and re-evaluate the connection.

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the AIPOWAY B03 jump starter. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's USB-C input port and plug the other end into a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or car charger. The LCD screen will display the charging status and battery level. A full charge ensures optimal performance and readiness.

Checking Battery Level

The LCD screen on the device provides real-time information on the power level, charging status, and error reporting. Press the power button briefly to check the current battery percentage.

Operating Instructions

Jump Starting a Vehicle

  1. Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged (at least 50% recommended).
  2. Connect the smart jumper cables to the jump starter's port. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
  4. Attach the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
  5. Observe the intelligent indicator light on the smart jumper cables. A solid green light indicates a correct and safe connection. If any other light or warning is displayed, disconnect and re-check connections.
  6. Once the green light is solid, start your vehicle's engine.
  7. After the vehicle starts, immediately remove the jumper cables from the vehicle battery, first the black (negative) clamp, then the red (positive) clamp.
  8. Disconnect the smart jumper cables from the jump starter.

Charging Electronic Devices (Power Bank Function)

The AIPOWAY B03 features two USB-A output ports (5V/3A and 5V/2.1A) and supports QC 18W fast charging via its USB-C port. This allows you to quickly charge smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered devices.

  • Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports on the jump starter.
  • The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device.
  • Monitor the battery level on the jump starter's LCD screen.

Using the LED Light Modes

The built-in 600-lumen LED light offers four modes for various situations:

  • Flashlight: Provides steady illumination for general use.
  • SOS: Emits a Morse code SOS signal for emergency situations.
  • Blinking: A rapid flashing light for attracting attention.
  • Red & Blue Warning Light: Alternating red and blue flashes for roadside warnings.

To cycle through the modes, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn on the light, then short press to switch between modes. Press and hold again to turn off.

Maintenance

  • Recharging: For optimal battery life, recharge the jump starter every 3-6 months, even if not used. This prevents deep discharge and maintains readiness.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the jump starter in its EVA storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Cable Care: Inspect jumper cables for any damage or fraying before each use. Replace if necessary.
