6.1 Heating Your Meal
- After preparing the lunch box as per the Setup section, open the steam cap on the lid. This is crucial for proper heating and safety.
- Select the appropriate power cable for your environment:
- For car use (12V), plug the car adapter into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- For truck use (24V), plug the truck adapter into your vehicle's power outlet.
- For home or office use (110V), plug the standard power cable into a wall outlet.
- Connect the chosen power cable to the corresponding port on the lunch box. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that heating has begun.
- Allow 15-40 minutes for heating, depending on the food type, quantity, and ambient temperature. For best results, especially with drier foods, add a small amount of water to the food before heating.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your electric lunch box, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Lunch box not heating. | Not plugged in correctly; incorrect power cable used; power source issue. | Ensure the power cable is fully inserted into both the lunch box and the power source. Verify you are using the correct 12V/24V/110V cable for your power supply. Check if the power outlet is functional. |
| Food not hot enough. | Insufficient heating time; steam cap closed; food too cold initially; not enough moisture in food. | Allow more heating time (up to 40 minutes). Ensure the steam cap is open during heating. For best results, food should not be frozen. Add a small amount of water or broth to the food before heating. |
| Leakage from the lunch box. | Lid not properly sealed; silicone seal damaged or misplaced. | Ensure all four lid buckles are securely fastened. Check the silicone sealing ring around the lid for proper placement and any damage. |
| Indicator light not on. | No power connection. | Verify the power cable is securely connected to both the lunch box and the power source. Try a different outlet or power source. |
