Installation and Setup
Before beginning installation, ensure you have all components as listed in the packaging. This lock is designed for easy installation and replacement, compatible with door thicknesses ranging from 1.4" to 2.5" (35-65 mm).

Door Compatibility
The lock includes multiple sets of screws and spindles to accommodate various door types and thicknesses, including courtyards, outdoor gardens, garages, storerooms, iron, aluminum, and fence doors.

Adjustable Features
The lock handles can be adjusted for both left and right unlocking directions. The latch bolt is also adjustable (2.3" / 60 mm or 2.7" / 70 mm) and features a push-pull structure for direct replacement. A large padding plate (6.2 x 2.5 inches / 160 x 65 mm) is provided to cover existing holes and maintain door aesthetics.

Installation Steps (General)
- Prepare the Door: Ensure the door thickness is within the compatible range (1.4"-2.5" / 35-65 mm). If replacing an old lock, ensure the existing holes are suitable or prepare to drill new ones as needed. Note that the front and rear panels require through holes.
- Install the Latch Bolt: Insert the latch bolt into the door edge. Adjust its length if necessary (60mm or 70mm backset).
- Assemble the Lock Panels: Attach the exterior and interior lock panels, ensuring the spindle passes through the latch mechanism. Use the appropriate screws and spindles for your door thickness.
- Secure the Lock: Fasten the lock panels securely to the door using the provided screws.
- Test Operation: Before closing the door, test the keypad and handle operation to ensure smooth locking and unlocking.
Operating Instructions
Using the Keypad
To unlock the door, enter your pre-set code on the 14-digit keypad. The lock is fully mechanical and does not require batteries or power.
Changing the Password
The updated Gen2 model makes changing the password straightforward. Refer to the specific instructions included in your product packaging for detailed steps on how to reset or change your access code.
Auto-lock and Normal Open Mode
- Auto-lock Mode: For enhanced security, the lock automatically secures the door when it closes. This is the default mode.
- Normal Open Mode: This mode allows the lock to function as a simple door handle, enabling entry without a password. This is useful for periods of frequent access, such as for children or the elderly. Instructions for activating and deactivating this mode are provided in the product's detailed manual.
