6. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Moonshan Desktop Belt Conveyor:

7. Operation

Operating your conveyor is straightforward:

  1. Power On: Once connected to power, the conveyor is ready for operation.
  2. Adjust Speed: Use the rotary knob on the speed controller to adjust the belt speed. Turn clockwise to increase speed and counter-clockwise to decrease it. The maximum speed is approximately 4 inches per second.
  3. Change Direction: Utilize the reverse switch located on the power cord to change the direction of the belt's movement (forward or reverse). The switch typically has three positions: forward, stop, and reverse.
  4. Place Items: Carefully place items onto the moving belt. Ensure items do not exceed the weight limit or dimensions that could cause them to fall off.
  5. Power Off: To stop the conveyor, set the reverse switch to the 'stop' position or unplug the power adapter.
