Setup

Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the pumpkin.
Using a small Phillips head screwdriver, carefully unscrew the screw holding the battery compartment lid in place. Lift the lid off.
Insert 3 "AA" alkaline batteries (not included) into the compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated.
Replace the battery compartment lid and secure it with the screw. Do not overtighten.

Placement

The Xodus Innovations LED Lighted Pumpkin is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Place it on a flat, stable surface. For outdoor placement, consider securing it if in a windy area, as the product is lightweight.

Operating Instructions

Power Switch and Timer Function

The pumpkin features a 3-position slide switch located on the bottom, near the battery compartment:

OFF: The pumpkin light is turned off.
ON: The pumpkin light will remain continuously on until manually switched off or batteries deplete.
TIMER: This position activates the automatic 8-hour daily timer.

To set the 8-hour daily timer:

Slide the switch to the middle position (TIMER) at the desired time of day you want the pumpkin to turn on each day.
The pumpkin will now automatically turn on at that time each day and remain lit for 8 hours before turning off.
The timer cycle will repeat daily. The LED light source is designed for long life and does not require replacement.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the pumpkin with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
Battery Replacement: When the light dims or stops working, replace all three AA batteries following the "Battery Installation" steps. Ensure to use fresh, new batteries of the same type.
Storage: When not in use, store the pumpkin in a cool, dry place. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting
