1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Use under adult supervision only.

• Always ensure the child wears appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.
• Do not operate the go kart on public roads, near motor vehicles, on steep inclines, or near swimming pools.
• Ensure the operating area is clear of obstacles and hazards.
• Only one rider at a time. The maximum weight capacity is 110 lbs (50 kg).
• Keep hands, feet, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
• Regularly inspect the go kart for damage, loose parts, or wear before each use.
• Do not modify the go kart or its electrical system.
• Charging should always be performed by an adult.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the GarveeLife Electric Go Kart typically involves attaching the steering wheel, seat, and connecting the battery. Follow these general steps:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Wheel Attachment: Securely attach the front and rear wheels according to the diagrams in the included manual. Ensure all fasteners are tightened.
3. Steering Wheel Installation: Mount the steering wheel onto the steering column, ensuring it is properly aligned and secured.
4. Battery Connection: Locate the battery compartment, typically under the seat. Connect the battery terminals as indicated in the manual. Ensure connections are firm.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Charging the Battery

• Locate the charging port on the go kart.
• Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet, then connect the charger to the go kart's charging port.
• The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
• A full charge typically takes 8-12 hours. Do not overcharge.
• Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

5.2. Powering On/Off

The power switch is located on the control panel. Press to turn the go kart on or off.

5.3. Speed Selection

The go kart features two speed settings: 6.2 MPH (low) and 8.1 MPH (high). Use the speed switch on the control panel to select the desired speed. Start with the low speed for beginners.

• Gas Pedal: Press the right pedal to accelerate.
• Brake Pedal: Press the left pedal to slow down or stop.
• Steering Wheel: Turn the steering wheel left or right to change direction.
• Forward/Parking/Reverse Switch: Use this switch to select driving direction or engage parking mode.

5.5. Drifting Functionality

The go kart is designed for exciting 360° drifting. To initiate a drift, accelerate and then quickly turn the steering wheel while applying the brake pedal. Practice in an open, safe area.
