Setup

1. Unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Wash all parts with warm, soapy water before initial use. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Place the main chopper unit on a stable, flat surface.
4. Ensure the transparent collection container is securely attached underneath the chopping base.
5. Select the desired blade insert (e.g., Fine Dicer, Large Dicer, Slicer, Grater, Julienne, Spiralizer) and carefully insert it into the designated slot until it clicks securely into place.
6. For dicing, ensure the pusher block on the lid is aligned with the chosen dicer blade.

Operating Instructions

Dicing and Chopping

1. Select either the Fine 12x12 Dicer Blade or the Large 6x6 Dicer Blade and secure it in the main unit.
2. Place the food item (e.g., onion, potato, bell pepper) onto the center of the blade. For larger items, pre-cut them into smaller pieces that fit the blade area.
3. Align the top lid with the pusher block over the food.
4. With a swift, firm motion, press down on the lid to push the food through the blades.
5. The chopped food will fall directly into the collection container below.

Slicing (Mandoline)

1. Replace the dicer blade with the Slicer/Mandoline Attachment.
2. Adjust the thickness setting using the side lever to your desired slice thickness.
3. Place the food item onto the mandoline surface. Always use the Food Pusher/Hand Guard to hold the food and protect your fingers.
4. Slide the food item back and forth across the blade with even pressure.

Grating and Julienne

1. Insert the Grater Attachment or Julienne Blade Attachment into the main unit.
2. Using the Food Pusher/Hand Guard, rub the food item across the grating or julienne surface.

Spiralizing

1. Attach the Spiralizer Attachment.
2. Insert a firm, cylindrical vegetable (e.g., cucumber, zucchini) into the spiralizer.
3. Twist the vegetable while applying gentle downward pressure to create spirals.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your vegetable chopper.

• Hand Wash Only: The chopper is NOT dishwasher safe. All components should be hand washed.
• After each use, disassemble all parts.
• Use the provided Cleaning Brush and Scraper/Fork to carefully remove any food particles stuck in the blades or crevices.
