Setup Guide

1. Charging the Batteries

Before first use, fully charge both included Lithium Ion batteries. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 75 minutes of continuous recording at 4K/30FPS.

To charge, insert a battery into the camera and connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable.

2. Inserting the SD Card

The camera supports SD, SDHC (Class 10), and SDXC (Class 10) memory cards up to 256GB. A 32GB SD card is included.

  1. Ensure the camera is powered off.
  2. Locate the SD card slot, usually on the side or bottom of the camera.
  3. Gently push the SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the lock on the card is in the unlocked position.

3. Formatting the SD Card

It is recommended to format the SD card before first use and periodically to maintain optimal performance.

  • When you insert an SD card for the first time, a dialogue box may appear prompting you to format it. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Alternatively, you can access the format submenu from the system menu by pressing the menu, mode, and down buttons.
  • If the camera repeatedly asks you to format the memory card, it is advisable to initially format it using a computer and subsequently format it using the camera.

4. Attaching the External Microphone

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

Open the LCD screen to power on the camera. Close the LCD screen to power off the camera.
