2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or other injuries.

• Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

Before replacing your old battery, carefully compare it with the new XINLANTECH battery pack. Pay close attention to the wiring and connector type. This battery pack features a 3-pin JST connector.

Important Polarity Check: The red wire connector is positive ('+'), and the black wire connector is negative ('-'). It is crucial to ensure the correct polarity when connecting the battery to your device. If the wire positions are reversed compared to your device's original battery or connection port, you may need to adjust the wire positions on the connector to match.

Carefully insert the battery into the designated compartment of your compatible AOSU camera, ensuring the connector is securely plugged in and the battery fits without force.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging

Use only the charger provided with your AOSU camera or a compatible charger designed for 3.7V Li-ion batteries with a maximum charge voltage of 4.2V. Connect the battery to the device, and then connect the device to its power adapter. The maximum charge current is 1C.

5.2 Discharging

The battery will discharge as it powers your device. The cut-off discharge voltage is 2.85V. The maximum discharge current is 15A. Avoid fully draining the battery to 0% frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.

6. Maintenance

• Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• For long-term storage, it is recommended to store the battery at approximately 50% charge.
• Avoid exposing the battery to moisture or corrosive substances.
• Clean the battery contacts periodically with a dry, clean cloth to ensure good connection.

7. Troubleshooting

• Battery not charging: Ensure the charger is properly connected and functioning. Check the battery contacts for dirt or corrosion. Verify the battery is correctly installed with the correct polarity.
• Device not powering on: Check if the battery is fully charged. Ensure the battery is securely connected to the device. Verify the battery polarity is correct. If the issue persists, the battery or device may require professional inspection.
• Shortened battery life: This can be due to frequent full discharges, exposure to extreme temperatures, or the natural aging of the battery. Ensure proper charging and storage practices are followed.
