4. Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your heating and massage belt for use:

1. Attach the Long Strap: Secure the long strap to the back of the heating belt using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
2. Position the Heating Pad: Place the heating pad area on the desired body part, such as your lower back.
3. Wrap and Secure: Wrap the belt around your body. If needed, attach the extension belt to achieve a comfortable and secure fit. The control screen should be positioned on your left side.

5. Operating Instructions

The touch screen control panel allows for easy adjustment of settings.

1. Power On/Off: Long press the power button (located on the side of the control panel) for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off. The display will illuminate.
2. Adjust Heating Mode: Touch the heating button (flame icon) on the screen to cycle through the 3 heating levels.
3. Adjust Vibration Mode: Touch the vibration button (wave icon) on the screen to cycle through the 3 massage modes.
4. Lock Function: The control panel features a lock button (padlock icon) to prevent accidental touches. Press this button to activate or deactivate the lock.
5. Switch Temperature Unit (°C/°F): Simultaneously long press the heating button and the vibration button for 3 seconds to switch the temperature display between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

3. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
