5. Setup

5.1 Power Supply

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Before Measurement

  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
  • Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
  • Ensure the cuff is wrapped snugly around your upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm (1 inch) above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
  • Remain still and silent during the measurement.

6.2 Taking a Measurement

  1. **Select User:** Press the user selection button (1/2/3 icons) to choose the desired user profile (User 1, User 2, or User 3). The selected user icon will illuminate on the display.
  2. **Start Measurement:** Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
  3. **Reading Display:** Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your Systolic Blood Pressure (SYS), Diastolic Blood Pressure (DIA), and Pulse Rate (PUL). The colorful light strip on the left will indicate your blood pressure classification.
  4. **Power Off:** The device will automatically power off after 3 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery. You can also press the START/STOP button to manually turn it off.

6.3 Memory Function

  1. **Access Memory:** With the device off, press the MEM button. The display will show the average of the last three readings for the currently selected user.
  2. **Browse Records:** Press the MEM button repeatedly to scroll through individual past measurements, displayed with date and time.
  3. **Clear Memory:** To clear all records for the selected user, press and hold the MEM button for approximately 5 seconds until "CLr" appears and then disappears.
