Assembly Steps:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: seat, backrest, four legs, and any included accessories.
  2. Attach Legs to Seat: Insert each leg into the designated slots on the underside of the seat. Ensure the spring pins snap securely into place.
  3. Attach Backrest (Optional): If using the backrest, align the backrest support bars with the holes on the rear of the seat. Press the spring pins and slide the backrest into position until it locks securely.
  4. Adjust Height: Press the spring pins on each leg and slide the inner leg tube up or down to the desired height. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height level for stability. Operating Instructions

Safe Usage:

  • Placement: Position the shower chair securely on a flat, non-slip surface inside your shower or bathtub. Ensure all four non-slip rubber feet are firmly in contact with the floor.
  • Stability Check: Before each use, gently push down on the seat to confirm the chair is stable and does not wobble.
  • Sitting and Standing: Approach the chair carefully. Use the built-in handles on the seat (if applicable) or grab bars in your shower for support when sitting down or standing up.
  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs.

Removable Backrest:

The backrest can be easily attached or removed based on user preference. To remove, press the spring pins on the backrest support bars and slide the backrest upwards and off the frame. To reattach, align and slide it down until the pins lock.

Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Clean the shower chair regularly with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry to prevent water spots and mineral buildup. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the aluminum frame and plastic components.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect all parts for wear, damage, or loose connections. Pay close attention to the leg pins, rubber feet, and seat integrity.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the chair in a dry, cool place.

Troubleshooting

  • Chair Wobbles:
    • Ensure all four legs are adjusted to the same height setting.
    • Verify that the spring pins on each leg are fully engaged and locked.
    • Check that the chair is placed on a flat, even surface.
  • Backrest Not Secure:
    • Ensure the backrest support bars are fully inserted and the spring pins have snapped into place.
  • Difficulty Adjusting Height:
    • Ensure the spring pins are fully depressed before attempting to slide the legs.
    • Clean any debris or mineral buildup from inside the leg tubes if they are stiff.
