4. Operation

The VINATO Electric Food Chopper features simple one-touch operation for efficient chopping.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approximately 1-inch cubes) to ensure even chopping.
  2. Load Ingredients: Place prepared ingredients into the chopping bowl. Do not exceed the maximum fill line (1.5 cups / 12 oz).
  3. Secure Lid: Ensure the lid is properly aligned and locked onto the chopping bowl and motor unit.
  4. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a standard 230V electrical outlet.
  5. Chop: Press and hold the pulse button on the motor unit to begin chopping. Release the button to stop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping and longer pulses for finer results. Monitor the consistency through the transparent bowl.
  6. Unplug and Unload: Once desired consistency is achieved, release the button, unplug the appliance, and carefully remove the lid. Remove the blade assembly before emptying the chopped ingredients.

Tips for Best Results:

  • For best results, process small quantities at a time.
  • Do not continuously operate the chopper for more than 30 seconds. Allow a short break between cycles.
  • For harder ingredients like nuts or carrots, use shorter, more frequent pulses.
  • To chop herbs, ensure they are dry before processing.
