8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your switch panel, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Panel does not power on. | No power from battery; main circuit breaker tripped; loose power connection. | Check battery voltage. Inspect the main circuit breaker and reset if tripped. Verify all power connections to the control box and battery. |
| A specific accessory does not turn on. | Blown fuse for that circuit; loose connection to accessory; faulty accessory. | Check the corresponding blade fuse in the control box and replace if blown. Ensure the accessory's wiring is securely connected to the control box. Test the accessory directly if possible. |
| Panel backlighting is dim or off. | Brightness setting is low; power issue. | Press the brightness adjustment button to cycle through brightness levels. Check main power connections. |
| RGB modes are not changing. | RGB button not pressed correctly; internal fault. | Ensure the RGB button is pressed firmly. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
