Assembly Instructions

The ROVSUN grill is designed for user assembly. Detailed instructions are provided in the included manual to facilitate quick and easy setup. Pre-punched installation holes help streamline the process.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the package contents list.
2. Assemble Base and Cabinet: Follow the manual to construct the bottom cabinet and attach the wheels. Ensure wheels are locked during assembly for stability.
3. Attach Grill Body: Secure the main grill body to the assembled base.
4. Install Side Shelves and Burner: Attach the side shelves and the side burner assembly according to the diagrams.
5. Connect Gas Line: Connect the gas hose from the grill to the propane tank regulator. Ensure all connections are tight.

Operating Instructions

Connecting the Propane Tank:

• Ensure the grill burner valves are in the OFF position.
• Connect the regulator to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten only.
• Slowly open the propane tank valve fully.

Lighting the Main Burners:

1. Open the grill lid.
2. Turn one main burner control knob to the HIGH/LIGHT position.
3. Press and hold the electronic igniter button (if applicable) or use the Piezo ignition system. You should hear a clicking sound and see a flame.
4. Once lit, release the igniter button.
5. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.
6. Repeat for other main burners as needed.

Lighting the Side Burner:

1. Open the side burner lid.
2. Turn the side burner control knob to the HIGH/LIGHT position.
3. Press and hold the electronic igniter button or use the Piezo ignition system.
4. Once lit, release the igniter button.

Temperature Control:

The grill features individual heat control knobs for each burner and a built-in thermometer on the lid for monitoring internal temperature. Adjust the knobs between LOW and HIGH settings to achieve desired cooking temperatures.
