  1. Add Water: Pour water into the bottom stockpot. Ensure the water level is below the bottom of the steamer insert when placed inside.

6. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Uneven HeatingIncorrect burner size; extremely high heat.Ensure the burner size matches the pot's base. The tri-ply bottom is designed for even heating, but extreme heat can still cause localized hot spots. Use medium heat for most cooking.
Lid Rattling / Excessive Steam EscapeNormal steam release; lid not seated properly. The tempered glass lid has a steam vent, which is normal. Ensure the lid is properly aligned and seated on the pot. Reduce heat if steam is escaping excessively.
Food Sticking (in stockpot)Insufficient oil/liquid; heat too high.Use appropriate amounts of cooking oil or liquid. Reduce heat to prevent scorching. Stainless steel is non-reactive but not non-stick.
Discoloration on Stainless SteelHigh heat; mineral deposits from water. This is common and does not affect performance. Clean with a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water.
