3. Safety Information
Please observe the following safety precautions:
- Do not insert the earpick too deeply into the ear canal to avoid injury to the eardrum.
- Consult a medical professional if you experience ear pain, discharge, or hearing loss.
- Keep the device out of reach of children. Adult supervision is required if used on children.
- Clean the ear scoops thoroughly before and after each use.
- Do not use the device if the ear canal is inflamed or infected.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the device's charging port and a compatible USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
4.2 App Installation
Locate the QR code in this manual or on the product packaging. Scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet to download the dedicated application. The application is compatible with iOS, Android, and tablet devices.
4.3 Wi-Fi Connection
- Power on the visual earpick device by pressing and holding the power button.
- On your smartphone or tablet, go to Wi-Fi settings.
- Locate and connect to the Wi-Fi network named 'XXXX-XXXX' (refer to device label for exact name). No password is required.
- Open the installed application. The device's camera feed should now be visible in the app.

4.4 Attaching Ear Scoops
Gently push one of the soft silicone ear scoops onto the tip of the visual earpick. Ensure it is securely attached before use. Replace the ear scoop if it becomes loose or damaged.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the device for approximately 3 seconds to turn it on. Repeat the action to turn it off.
5.2 Using the App Interface
Once connected, the app will display a real-time view from the earpick's camera. The interface typically includes options to:
- View Live Feed: Observe the ear canal in real-time.
- Capture Image: Take still photographs of the ear canal.
- Record Video: Record video footage of the ear canal.
- Access Gallery: View previously captured images and videos.

5.3 Visual Inspection and Earwax Removal
- Gently insert the earpick into the ear canal while observing the live feed on your device.
- Slowly maneuver the earpick to visualize the ear canal and identify any earwax buildup.
- Using the soft silicone scoop, carefully and gently remove visible earwax. Avoid aggressive movements or pushing wax deeper into the ear.
- Periodically withdraw the earpick to clean the scoop and reassess the ear canal.
- The device maintains a consistent temperature close to body temperature for comfort during use.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Lens and Scoops
After each use, carefully remove the silicone ear scoop and clean it with water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the camera lens. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main device in water.
6.2 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, charge the device regularly. Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging. The built-in lithium-ion battery provides approximately 90 minutes of continuous use and up to 30 days of standby time.

7. Troubleshooting
- No Image in App: Ensure the device is powered on and fully charged. Verify that your mobile device is connected to the earpick's Wi-Fi network. Close and reopen the app.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure adequate lighting in the ear canal (the device's LEDs should provide this).
- Device Not Charging: Check the charging cable and power adapter for damage. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
- Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Restart both the earpick device and your mobile device. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Wi-Fi signal.
