Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your BuTure VAC Car Battery Jump Starter 5000A, Model Beta05. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage to the device or vehicle.
1. Setup
1.1 What's in the Box
Upon opening the package, verify that all components are present:
- 1x 5000A Car Jump Starter Portable
- 1x Heavy-Duty Jumper Cable with forced start button
- 1x USB-C Quick Charging Cable
- 1x DC Cigarette Lighter Adaptor
- 1x Rugged Carrying Case

Figure 1: All components included in the product package, showing the jump starter unit, jumper cables, charging cables, DC adapter, and carrying case.
1.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the jump starter is fully charged. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the jump starter's input port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LCD screen will illuminate, displaying the current battery percentage. A full charge is indicated by 100% on the display.
It is recommended to keep the jump starter fully charged for optimal performance, especially before attempting to jump-start a vehicle.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Turning On the Device
Press the power button once to turn on the jump starter. The LCD screen will illuminate, displaying the current battery percentage.
2.2 Connecting to a Vehicle Battery
- Ensure the jump starter is turned on and fully charged.
- Connect the heavy-duty jumper cable's plug firmly into the jump starter's output port. Ensure a secure connection.
- Attach the RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Attach the BLACK negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Observe the indicator lights on the jumper cable's smart clamp. A solid green light indicates a correct connection and readiness to jump-start.

Figure 2: The jump starter connected to a vehicle battery, showing the red clamp on the positive terminal and the black clamp on the negative terminal.
2.3 Starting the Vehicle
Once the clamps are correctly connected and the indicator light is green, return to your vehicle and attempt to start the engine. If the vehicle does not start on the first attempt, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again. Do not crank the engine for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
After the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the negative (-) clamp first, followed by the positive (+) clamp. Then, disconnect the jumper cable from the jump starter unit.
2.4 Force Start Function
For completely dead batteries (where the smart clamp does not show a green light), the jump starter features a "Force Start" button. Press and hold this button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light turns solid green. This bypasses some safety checks and provides maximum current. Use this function with caution and only when necessary.
3. Multi-Purpose Features
3.1 Power Bank Functionality
The jump starter doubles as a portable power bank with a 23,800mAh capacity. It includes two USB outputs for charging smartphones, tablets, cameras, and other electronic devices. A DC cigarette lighter adapter is also provided to power 12V DC devices such as handheld vacuum cleaners or car tire pumps.

3.2 Integrated Lighting
The device features a super bright LED light with four modes:
- Flashlight: For general illumination.
- Strobe (White): For signaling or attracting attention.
- Strobe (Orange): Can function as a warning triangle.
- SOS: For emergency signaling.
To activate the light, press and hold the power button. Tap the power button to cycle through the different modes.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Charging and Storage
To maintain optimal battery life and readiness, fully charge the jump starter every 3-6 months, even if not in use. Store the device in its rugged carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

- Waterproof capabilities: Suitable for use in rainy conditions.
- Dust-proof design: Adapts to harsh environments.
- Drop-resistant construction: Protects against accidental drops.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Common Issues
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If completely depleted, connect to a charger for a few minutes before attempting to turn on.
- Vehicle not starting:
- Check that the jumper cables are securely connected to both the jump starter and the vehicle battery terminals.
- Verify that the smart clamp indicator light is green. If not, adjust connections or use the "Force Start" function if the battery is completely dead.
- Allow a brief pause (30 seconds) between starting attempts to prevent overheating.
- Smart clamp indicator light is red or flashing: This indicates an incorrect connection (e.g., reverse polarity) or a fault. Disconnect immediately and re-check connections.

The BuTure VAC jump starter incorporates a German-imported smart chip that provides 10 safety protections, including:
- Over-charge protection
- Over-current protection
- Short circuit protection
