3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Timekeeping
Once the time and date are set, the watch will operate continuously, displaying the current time and date. The quartz movement ensures accurate timekeeping.
3.2 Using the Chronograph
The chronograph function allows for precise measurement of elapsed time.
- Start/Stop: Press button (A) to start the chronograph. Press button (A) again to stop it.
- Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press button (C) to reset all chronograph hands to the zero position.
3.3 Luminous Feature
The hands and markers of your watch are treated with a luminous material. For optimal glow in the dark, expose the watch face to a bright light source (natural or artificial) for a few minutes. The intensity and duration of the glow will depend on the exposure time and light intensity.
3.4 Water Resistance (3ATM/30M)
Your NAVIFORCE NF7105 watch is water resistant to 3ATM (30 meters or 100 feet). This means it is suitable for daily use, such as splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, it is not suitable for swimming, diving, showering, or bathing. Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged in water. Avoid exposure to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the water seals.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Regularly wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For the silicone strap, you can use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4.2 Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a battery. When the watch stops or the second hand moves erratically, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and functionality.
4.3 Storage
When not wearing your watch for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields.
4.4 General Precautions
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F or below 0°C / 32°F).
- Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, which can affect the accuracy of the quartz movement.
- Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics, as they can damage the case, strap, or seals.
- Do not attempt to open the watch case yourself, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
5. Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is pushed in completely. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Time or date is incorrect: Refer to Section 2.1 and 2.2 to re-adjust the time and date.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: Follow the Chronograph Hand Position Adjustment steps in Section 2.3.
- Condensation inside the watch: This may indicate a breach in the water resistance. Stop using the watch immediately and have it inspected by a professional watch repair service.
