1. Important Safety Instructions

2.2 Massage Head Guide

The device includes 8 different massage heads, each designed for specific muscle groups and massage types:

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. The device is equipped with a 2000 mAh lithium battery.

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the massage gun.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
3. The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 30 minutes.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

A full charge provides up to 6 hours of continuous use, depending on the selected speed setting.

3.2 Attaching Massage Heads

1. Ensure the device is powered off before attaching or removing any massage head.
2. Gently push the desired massage head into the front opening of the device. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. To remove, gently pull the massage head straight out.

1. To power on, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
2. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the lights turn off.

4.2 Adjusting Speed and Intensity

1. Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through different speed levels.
2. The intelligent pressure sensor automatically adjusts the output power and massage intensity based on the pressure applied to the muscle. This allows for dynamic adjustment without frequently pressing buttons.

4.3 Recommended Usage

Apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Move the device slowly, allowing it to work on the muscle. Do not apply excessive pressure. The device has a 10mm strong impact depth, reaching deeper into muscles for therapeutic effects.
