6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Initial Start-up
- After installation, ensure all connections are secure and there are no loose wires.
- Plug the air compressor into a suitable power outlet.
- Locate the red on/off lever on the pressure switch. Push the lever to the 'AUTO' position to enable automatic operation.
- The compressor should start and build pressure until it reaches the cut-out pressure (approximately 125 PSI), then automatically shut off.
- As air is used and the pressure drops to the cut-in pressure (approximately 95 PSI), the compressor will automatically restart.
6.2 Manual Operation
To manually turn off the compressor, push the red lever to the 'OFF' position. This will stop the compressor motor regardless of the tank pressure. To restart, move the lever back to 'AUTO'.
