Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (cones, filter, juice container, spout) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Insert the juice container onto the motor unit.
3. Place the stainless steel filter into the juice container.
4. Select the appropriate cone (small for lemons/limes, large for oranges/grapefruits) and place it onto the filter.
5. Ensure the spout is in the closed (upright) position to prevent immediate juice flow.
6. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Cone Selection

The juicer comes with two cones to accommodate different fruit sizes:

The juicer includes two interchangeable cones. Use the smaller black cone for smaller citrus fruits like lemons and limes, and the larger stainless steel cone for larger fruits such as oranges, pomelos, and grapefruits.

2. Juicing Process

You can operate the juicer using the ergonomic lever arm for minimal effort, or by manually pressing the fruit onto the cone for direct control. Both methods ensure efficient juice extraction.

1. Cut the citrus fruit in half.
2. Place one half of the fruit onto the selected cone.
3. Using the Lever Arm: Lower the lever arm firmly onto the fruit. The motor will automatically start. Apply steady pressure to extract the juice.
4. Manual Juicing: Press the fruit half directly onto the cone. The motor will activate automatically with pressure.
5. Continue until all juice is extracted from the fruit. The motor will stop when pressure is released.

3. Drip-Stop Function

The integrated drip-stop spout prevents juice from dripping onto your countertop.

The integrated drip-stop spout allows you to control the juice flow. Push it down to release juice into your glass and lift it up to stop the flow and prevent drips on your countertop.

• To dispense juice, push the spout downwards.
• To stop the flow and prevent drips, lift the spout upwards.

Cleaning and Maintenance
