1. Introduction

The Depusheng TX4 is a 4-channel UHF wireless in-ear monitor system designed for professional audio monitoring applications. The system operates within the 550 MHz-580 MHz frequency range and offers 40 switchable frequencies to ensure stable signal reception.

3. Product Overview

3.1. Transmitter Unit (Rack Mount)

The main transmitter unit is designed for rack mounting and serves as the central hub for audio input and wireless transmission to the bodypack receivers.

Front Panel Controls:

4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Transmitter Unit Setup

  1. Mounting: Install the transmitter unit into a standard 19-inch equipment rack if desired, or place it on a stable surface.
  2. Antenna Connection: Screw the two included antennas onto the antenna connectors on the rear panel of the transmitter. Ensure they are securely tightened and positioned for optimal signal transmission.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC power socket on the rear panel of the transmitter, then plug the adapter into an appropriate power outlet.
  4. Audio Input: Connect your audio source (e.g., mixing console, sound card) to the Left and Right Channel inputs on the rear panel using 6.35mm TRS or XLR cables. Adjust the input gain using the corresponding potentiometers.
  5. Power On: Press the Power switch on the front panel to turn on the transmitter. The LCD display will illuminate.

4.2. Bodypack Receiver Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on each bodypack receiver and insert two AA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  2. Earphone Connection: Plug the included in-ear headphones into the 3.5mm earphone jack on each bodypack receiver.
  3. Power On: Turn on each bodypack receiver. The LCD display will show its status.

4.3. Frequency Synchronization

To ensure proper operation, the bodypack receivers must be synchronized to the same frequency as the transmitter.

  1. Select Transmitter Frequency: On the transmitter unit, use the 'Set' and 'DOWN' buttons to select the desired operating frequency for each channel. The system supports 40 switchable frequencies within the 550-580 MHz range.
  2. Match Receiver Frequency: On each bodypack receiver, use its frequency selection buttons to match the frequency displayed on the corresponding transmitter channel. The LCD on the bodypack will confirm the selected frequency.
  3. Verify Connection: Once synchronized, the RF indicator on both the transmitter and bodypack should be active, indicating a stable wireless connection.

5.1. Adjusting Monitoring Volume

Each bodypack receiver has an independent volume control. Users can adjust their personal monitoring level directly on the bodypack to a comfortable listening volume.
