2. Important Safeguards

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, promotional labels, and tape from the unit.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash the FlexDrawer, removable separator, and crisper plates in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the main unit on a clean, dry, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation. Do not block the air vents.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The unit will power on and display the default settings.

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
  • Function Dial: Rotate to select desired cooking function (Max Crisp, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate, Prove).
  • Temperature/Time Buttons: Use the up/down arrows to adjust cooking temperature and time.
  • START/STOP Button: Begins or pauses the cooking cycle.
  • ZONE 1 / ZONE 2: Indicators for the individual cooking zones.

  • Two Independent Zones: Insert the removable separator into the FlexDrawer. Place a crisper plate in each zone. This configuration is ideal for cooking two different items simultaneously.

  • Single MegaZone: Remove the separator to create one large 10.4L cooking area. This is suitable for larger items like a whole chicken or tray bakes. Place both crisper plates side-by-side or remove them if not needed for the selected function.

Cooking Functions:

Follow these general steps for each function:

  1. Place food in the FlexDrawer, ensuring not to overfill.
  2. Insert the FlexDrawer into the main unit.
  3. Select the desired cooking function using the dial.
  4. Adjust temperature and time using the arrow buttons.
  5. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
  6. Shake or flip food halfway through cooking for even results, if necessary.
