Setup and Operating Instructions
- Plug in the heating pad: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the pad and a compatible US power outlet.
- Select Heat and Timer Settings: Use the easy-to-operate LCD controller to choose your desired heat level (109.4°F–145.4°F / 43°C–63°C) and timer setting (30/60/90 minutes). The pad heats up in approximately 20 seconds.
- Position the Heating Pad: Place the heating pad on the desired area of the body. Its weighted design and adjustable strap help keep it in place.
- Moist Heat Therapy (Optional): For soothing steam therapy, lightly spray water mist on the surface of the heating pad before application.
- Unplug After Use: Always unplug the heating pad after finishing use.

Troubleshooting

- Power On: Long press the On/Off button for about 2 seconds to turn on the pad.
- Check Connection: Push the controller connector completely into the pad connector to ensure proper connection. Otherwise, an E1 error code will show up.
- Auto-Shutoff: The pad automatically shuts off when the timer reaches its set duration.
- Original Controller: Only use the controller that comes with the product.
- Usage Guidelines: Avoid folding or sitting on the pad. Do not lay on the pad for extended periods.
