- Heater does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the household circuit breaker has tripped.
- Verify the tip-over safety switch on the bottom of the unit is fully depressed (heater must be on a flat, stable surface).
- Check if the child lock is activated. Deactivate it by pressing and holding the child lock button for 3 seconds.
- Heater stops working unexpectedly:
- The overheat protection may have activated. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then plug it back in. Ensure air intake and outlet grilles are not blocked.
- The tip-over switch may have activated. Ensure the heater is on a stable surface.
- No heat, fan is running:
- Ensure the heater is not in 'FAN' mode. Select a heating mode (HI, LO, ECO, MAX).
- Check the set temperature. If the room temperature is higher than the set temperature, the heater will not produce heat. Adjust the set temperature higher.
