Important Safety Information
Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, explosion, property damage, or personal injury.
- For Outdoor Use Only: This charcoal grill is intended for outdoor use in a well-ventilated area. Do not use indoors or in enclosed spaces to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
- Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Always place the grill on a stable, non-combustible surface, away from walls, fences, trees, or any other flammable materials.
- Use Appropriate Fuel: Only use charcoal as fuel. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, or other volatile liquids to ignite or re-ignite charcoal.
- Supervise Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the hot grill. The grill surface and components will become extremely hot during use.
- Handle with Care: Use heat-resistant gloves when handling hot components or adding charcoal.

Operating Instructions
1. Lighting the Charcoal
- Place a small amount of charcoal (preferably lump charcoal for better flavor and heat) onto the Heat Insulation Plate inside the clay stove.
- Use a charcoal chimney starter or firelighters to ignite the charcoal. Do not use flammable liquids.
- Allow the charcoal to burn until it is covered with a light gray ash, indicating it is ready for cooking. This usually takes 15-20 minutes.
- The small holes at the base of the stove (visible in image below) provide airflow for combustion. Ensure they are not blocked.

2. Grilling (Yakitori, Korean BBQ, etc.)
- Once the charcoal is ready, place the Grilling Net securely on top of the clay stove.
- Carefully place your food (e.g., yakitori skewers, Korean BBQ meats, vegetables) onto the grilling net.
- Monitor the cooking process closely. The ceramic material helps maintain a stable temperature, but adjust food placement as needed for even cooking.
- Use appropriate grilling tools to turn and remove food.

3. Tea Making / Boiling Water
- Ensure the Grilling Net is removed.
- Place your heat-resistant teapot or kettle directly onto the opening of the clay stove, above the hot charcoal.
- The stable heat from the ceramic stove will efficiently boil water for tea, enhancing the tea's flavor.
- Always use caution when handling hot teapots.

Maintenance and Care
- Cool Down: Always allow the grill to cool down completely before cleaning or storing. Do not attempt to clean while hot.
- Ash Disposal: Once cooled, carefully remove the Heat Insulation Plate and dispose of charcoal ashes in a non-combustible container. Ensure ashes are completely cold before disposal.
- Cleaning Ceramic Parts: The clay stove and heat insulation plate should be wiped clean with a dry cloth. For stubborn residue, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure the ceramic is completely dry before next use. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the ceramic.
- Cleaning Stainless Steel Parts: The BBQ stand and grilling net can be washed with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust.
- Storage: Store all components in a dry, covered area to protect them from weather elements and moisture.
