4.1 Mounting
The unit comes with hook accessories for secure mounting. Ensure the mounting surface or truss can support the weight of the fixture. Always use safety cables when suspending the unit.
4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided power cord to the "POWER IN" port on the rear of the unit and then to a suitable AC power outlet (2.4E+2 Volts AC). Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
4.3 DMX Connection (Optional)
For DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller's output to the "DMX IN" port of the first fixture. For multiple fixtures, daisy-chain them by connecting the "DMX OUT" of the first fixture to the "DMX IN" of the next. Use the provided signal cable for DMX connections.

5. Operating Modes
The Xelletye Beam Moving Head DJ Light offers four primary operation modes, selectable via the 4-digit numeric display and control buttons (MENU, UP, DOWN, ENTER) on the unit's base.
- 5.1 DMX512 Control: This professional mode allows for precise control over all light functions (pan, tilt, color, gobo, strobe, dimming, halo effects) using a DMX controller. The unit supports 14 DMX channels. Refer to the DMX channel chart in the full instruction manual for detailed programming.
- 5.2 Sound Activated Mode: The built-in microphone detects ambient sound, allowing the light to synchronize its effects with the music's beat. This mode is ideal for parties and events where dynamic, music-driven lighting is desired.
- 5.3 Automatic Mode: The light cycles through pre-programmed patterns and effects automatically. This mode is suitable for quick setup and continuous, varied lighting displays without external control.
- 5.4 Master-Slave Mode: Connect multiple units via DMX cables. Set one unit as the "Master" and the others as "Slave" units. The Slave units will then mirror the Master's operations, creating a synchronized light show.
