3. Setup
3.1 Unfolding the Scooter
The BELEEV V8 Scooter comes pre-assembled and requires no complex setup. Simply unfold the T-tube until it locks into place. Ensure the folding mechanism is securely latched before use.
3.2 Adjusting Handlebar Height
To adjust the handlebar height, locate the quick-release clamp on the T-bar. Open the clamp, press the button on the stem, and slide the T-bar to your desired height setting. Ensure the button snaps into one of the four height adjustment holes. Close the quick-release clamp firmly to secure the handlebar.

3.3 Installing Batteries for LED Lights
The LED lights on the stem and deck require 4 AA batteries (not included). Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside of the deck. Open the compartment cover, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and close the cover securely. The light-up wheels do not require batteries as they are powered by kinetic energy.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Riding the Scooter
Place one foot firmly on the textured non-slip deck. Use your other foot to push off the ground, gaining momentum. Once moving, place both feet on the deck, one behind the other, or side-by-side if preferred, maintaining balance.
4.2 Steering
The BELEEV V8 features 150-degree responsive steering, similar to a bicycle. To steer, gently turn the handlebars in the desired direction. The T-bar lock ensures a steady ride, preventing wobbling even on uneven surfaces.
4.3 Braking
To slow down or stop, apply pressure to the rear foot brake located above the back wheel. Press down firmly with your heel until the scooter comes to a controlled stop.

5. Folding and Storage
The BELEEV V8 Scooter is designed for easy folding and compact storage. To fold, ensure the handlebar is at its lowest setting. Locate the one-click folding button near the base of the T-tube. Press the button and gently fold the T-tube down towards the deck until it locks into the folded position.
Once folded, the scooter is lightweight (approx. 9.5 lbs) and can be easily carried using the included carry strap. This makes it ideal for transport in a car or for storing in small spaces.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scooter clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspections: Regularly check all bolts, screws, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Wheels & Bearings: Inspect wheels for wear and tear. Ensure bearings are clean and spinning freely. Replace worn parts as necessary.
- Brake: Check the rear brake for proper function and wear.
- Battery Compartment: If the deck/stem lights are not working, check the batteries and replace them if drained. Ensure the compartment is dry and free of corrosion.
7. Troubleshooting
- Lights Not Working:
- For deck/stem lights: Check battery installation and replace batteries if drained.
- For wheel lights: Ensure wheels are spinning fast enough to generate power.
- Wobbly Handlebar:
- Ensure the quick-release clamp is tightly secured.
- Verify the height adjustment button is fully engaged in a hole.
- Rough Ride:
- Check wheels for debris or damage.
- Inspect shock absorption mechanism for any issues.
- Brake Not Effective:
- Ensure the brake pad is not excessively worn.
- Check for any obstructions preventing full brake engagement.
