Introduction
The Hyper Tough Electric Pressure Washer is designed for convenience and efficiency, making it ideal for cleaning decks, cars, patio furniture, and more. It comes with an ergonomically designed spray gun with a quick-connect system wand, two 1/4" spray nozzles (15 Degree & 25 Degree), a non-marring and non-kinking high-pressure hose with M22 fitting, and an attachable foam bottle. Perfect for light and medium-duty, frequent jobs around residential areas, use it for car washing, shutter cleaning, spot cleaning, grills, lawn furniture, and light mildew/mold removal.

Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "Product Overview" section are present.
- Connect Water Supply: Attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet connection on the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the unit and the other end to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
- Attach Spray Wand/Nozzle: Insert the desired spray nozzle (15° or 25°) into the quick-connect fitting on the spray wand until it clicks into place.
- Connect Power: Plug the pressure washer's power cord into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is suitable for outdoor use and has a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
- Turn on Water: Fully open the water supply to the garden hose. Allow water to flow through the pressure washer and out of the spray gun for about 30 seconds to purge any air from the system.
Operating Instructions
- Start the Unit: Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer to the "ON" position. The motor will start briefly and then stop due to the auto start/stop function.
- Begin Cleaning: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to start the water flow and activate the motor. Release the trigger to stop the water flow and the motor.
- Adjust Spray Pattern: Change nozzles as needed for different cleaning tasks. The 15° nozzle provides a concentrated spray for tough dirt, while the 25° nozzle offers a wider spray for general cleaning.
- Using the Foam Bottle:
- Fill the attachable foam bottle with appropriate pressure washer detergent.
- Attach the foam bottle to the spray gun.
- Squeeze the trigger to apply detergent.
- After applying detergent, remove the foam bottle and reattach a spray nozzle to rinse the surface.
- Optimal Cleaning Distance: Hold the spray wand at an appropriate distance from the surface to be cleaned. Start further away and move closer if more pressure is needed, being careful not to damage the surface.
- Shutting Down:
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
- Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Clean Nozzles: Periodically clean the spray nozzles to prevent clogging. Use the included nozzle cleaning tool if necessary.
- Inspect Hoses and Connections: Before each use, check the high-pressure hose and all connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Water Inlet Filter: Inspect and clean the water inlet filter regularly to prevent debris from entering the pump.
- Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free area. Drain all water from the pump and hoses before storing to prevent freezing damage. Utilize the on-board accessory storage for neat organization.
