1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the VITALmaxx Shiatsu Massager. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Water Proximity: Do not use the device near water or in damp environments.
• Discomfort: Discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reactions.
• Power Off: Always ensure the device is switched off and unplugged when not in use or before cleaning.
• Contraindications: Do not use on open wounds, inflamed skin areas, swollen areas, or areas with skin eruptions. Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, pacemakers, diabetes, or circulatory disorders.
• Children and Impaired Individuals: This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Power Cord: Do not pull, twist, or damage the power cord. Keep it away from hot surfaces.
• Repairs: Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for any repairs.

2. Product Overview

The VITALmaxx Shiatsu Massager is designed to provide a relaxing and invigorating massage experience. It features 8 rotating massage balls that mimic traditional Shiatsu finger pressure, combined with an optional red light heat function to soothe muscles.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the VITALmaxx Shiatsu Massager from its packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the device and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Placement: Ensure the device is placed on a stable surface or positioned correctly on the body part to be massaged.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet. The device is powered by a cable and is not wireless.

4. Operating Instructions

The VITALmaxx Shiatsu Massager features intuitive controls for a personalized massage experience.

4.1. Basic Operation

1. Positioning: Place the massager around the desired body area (e.g., neck, shoulders, back). Insert your forearms through the loops to hold the device in place and adjust pressure.
2. Power On: Press the Power Button (usually marked with a circle and vertical line) to turn on the massager. The massage nodes will begin rotating.
3. Adjust Intensity: To increase or decrease massage intensity, pull your forearms through the loops to apply more or less pressure against your body.
4. Power Off: Press the Power Button again to turn off the device.

4.2. Advanced Settings

• Heat Function: Press the Heat Button (often marked with a wavy line or thermometer icon) to activate the red light heat function. Press again to deactivate. The heat function operates between 42-45°C.
• Speed Adjustment: Use the Speed Button (often marked with a fan icon or multiple wavy lines) to cycle through 3 adjustable speed levels.
• Rotation Direction: Press the Rotation Button (often marked with circular arrows) to change the direction of the massage nodes' rotation.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

• Always unplug the device from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
• Ensure no water enters the device. The device is not waterproof.
• Allow the device to dry completely before storing or next use.

5.2. Storage

• Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Keep the device out of reach of children.
• Do not place heavy objects on the massager during storage.
