4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the detector. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the device and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The charging light will indicate the charging status and turn off when fully charged.
4.2 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the ON/OFF Mode Button to power the device on or off.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 RF Signal Detection Mode
This mode is used to detect wireless signals emitted by hidden cameras, eavesdropping devices, and other RF-transmitting bugs.
- Power on the device.
- Extend the antenna fully.
- Press the Mode Button until the RF signal detection mode is active (indicated by specific LED lights).
- Adjust the sensitivity using the Signal Strength Adjustment Button. Start with a lower sensitivity and gradually increase it if no signals are detected.
- Slowly scan the area, moving the device around the room, focusing on suspicious objects, walls, and furniture.
- The LED lights for Signal Detection Sensitivity will illuminate, and the device may emit an audible alert, indicating the presence and strength of an RF signal. More lights or a faster alert indicate a stronger signal, suggesting proximity to the source.
