1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your BreAro 8KW 12V All-in-One Diesel Air Heater. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.
2. Important Safety Information
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, serious injury, or death.
- Ventilation: Always ensure adequate ventilation when operating the heater. Exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide, which is odorless and can be fatal. Never operate the heater in enclosed spaces without proper exhaust ventilation to the outside.
- Fuel: Use only diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or other volatile fuels. Ensure the fuel tank cap is securely closed.
- Power Supply: Connect the heater to a 12V DC power source. Ensure the power supply is stable and correctly wired. Incorrect voltage can damage the unit or cause fire.
- Placement: Place the heater on a stable, non-combustible surface. Maintain a safe distance from flammable materials, objects, and surfaces.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the heater during operation. The heater's surfaces can become very hot.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance as described in this manual. Disconnect power before any maintenance or cleaning.
- Overheating Protection: The unit is equipped with overheating protection (≥230 °C / 440°F). Do not bypass or modify this safety feature.
- Emergency Shut-off: Familiarize yourself with the emergency shut-off procedure. In case of malfunction or unusual operation, immediately turn off the heater and disconnect the power.

5. Setup and Installation
Proper setup is crucial for safe and effective operation. Refer to the included English instruction manual for detailed diagrams and specific steps.
5.1 Site Selection
- Choose a flat, stable, and non-combustible surface for the heater.
- Ensure sufficient clearance around the heater (at least 1 meter / 3 feet) from any flammable materials.
- Position the heater so that the exhaust pipe can be safely routed outside the enclosed space.
5.2 Exhaust System Installation
- Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust outlet. Secure it with the provided clamps.
- Route the exhaust pipe directly to the outside, ensuring no kinks or blockages. The exhaust must exit completely clear of any air intakes or windows.
- Install the silencer (if included) on the exhaust pipe to reduce noise.
5.3 Air Intake and Outlet Installation
- Attach the air filter to the air intake pipe and connect it to the heater's air intake.
- Connect the outlet air pipe to the heater's hot air outlet. Direct the hot air flow as desired, ensuring it is not obstructed.
5.4 Fuel Filling
- Ensure the heater is turned off and cool before adding fuel.
- Open the fuel tank cap and carefully pour diesel fuel into the 5L tank. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the fuel tank cap.
5.5 Power Connection
- Connect the 12V power harness to a suitable 12V DC power source (e.g., vehicle battery).
- Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) to prevent damage.
