5. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for safe and effective operation. Refer to the included English instruction manual for detailed diagrams and specific steps.

5.1 Site Selection

  • Choose a flat, stable, and non-combustible surface for the heater.
  • Ensure sufficient clearance around the heater (at least 1 meter / 3 feet) from any flammable materials.
  • Position the heater so that the exhaust pipe can be safely routed outside the enclosed space.

5.2 Exhaust System Installation

  • Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust outlet. Secure it with the provided clamps.
  • Route the exhaust pipe directly to the outside, ensuring no kinks or blockages. The exhaust must exit completely clear of any air intakes or windows.
  • Install the silencer (if included) on the exhaust pipe to reduce noise.

5.3 Air Intake and Outlet Installation

  • Attach the air filter to the air intake pipe and connect it to the heater's air intake.
  • Connect the outlet air pipe to the heater's hot air outlet. Direct the hot air flow as desired, ensuring it is not obstructed.

5.4 Fuel Filling

  • Ensure the heater is turned off and cool before adding fuel.
  • Open the fuel tank cap and carefully pour diesel fuel into the 5L tank. Do not overfill.
  • Securely close the fuel tank cap.

5.5 Power Connection

  • Connect the 12V power harness to a suitable 12V DC power source (e.g., vehicle battery).
  • Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) to prevent damage.
