2. Safety Information

5. Setup

  1. Unpack the device and verify that all components listed in Section 3 are present and undamaged.
  2. Identify the input (male Schuko plug) and output (female Schuko socket) connections on the device.
  3. Connect the device's male Schuko plug to a suitable 220-240V~, 16A max power outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded.
  4. Connect your appliance or system (e.g., RV power cable, EV charger, balcony PV inverter) to the device's female Schuko socket.
  5. Ensure all connections are secure. If using outdoors, ensure the IP44 protective cover on the socket is properly closed when not in use or when connected to maintain splash protection.

6. Operating Instructions

Once properly connected to a power source and a load, the meter will automatically power on and begin displaying data. The LCD screen will cycle through various measurement modes by default. To manually cycle through different data displays, press the blue button located on the front of the meter.

9. Maintenance

10. Troubleshooting

  • No Display / Device Not Powering On:
    • Check that the male Schuko plug is fully inserted into a live power outlet.
    • Verify that the power outlet itself is functional (test with another appliance).
    • Inspect the cable and plug for any visible damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact support.
  • No Readings / Incorrect Readings:
    • Ensure the appliance or system is correctly connected to the device's female Schuko socket and is powered on.
    • Verify that the load connected does not exceed the maximum current rating of 16A.
    • If readings appear inaccurate, try disconnecting and reconnecting the device. If the issue persists, contact support.
  • Water Ingress / Damage:
    • If you suspect water has entered the device or if it shows signs of physical damage, immediately disconnect it from the power source. Do not attempt to use it. Contact support.
